I cannot open windows textsoap 1.5.2 ,it only shows a DOS box,
due to HD crash I lost it, please advise how to reinstall correctly?
I emailed you people a week ago but no reply,please support what you sell |

Your question was originally about 1.5.2.
You said your HD crashed, is this a fresh install onto a new drive?
What specific version of Windows are you running under?
Did it change between when it did work and after your HD crash?
Have you tried uninstalling it before re-installing.
Is there an error message of some sort in the DOS box?
We definitely need more information to better understand the problem and to determine a possible solution.

problem solved, what was needed , was using 3d party uninstaller to get rid of all elements
